The BEST chimichurri sauce

The actual Chimichurri sauce is simple; take some ingredients, blend in blender/food processor portion each item to taste... and the actual "in process" photos are not very exciting, so I skipped posting them and just went for the finished product.

Makes 4-6 servings depending on how much sauce each eater likes.

1 bunch fresh basil
1 bunch cilantro
1/3c olive oil NOT CANOLA or VEGETABLE
*you may use almond oil, sunflower seed oil, avocado oil, or another comparable oil, but NOT canola  or vegetable oil (never canola!).
1/3 cup pine nuts* (optional)
3-6 cloves garlic* (can be fresh, oven roasted or sautéed)

REMEMBER: season to taste, and not everyone has the same taste buds; when in doubt use less SALT and less GARLIC (*GASP!*), but allow folks to add those once they are eating.
