Steak Stir-fry with Sesame Ginger teriyaki sauce

This dish is pretty straight forward.

  • In a container (preferably not plastic) pour enough of your sauce to cover your steak.
  • Mix and make sure the sauce is covering all parts of the meat.
  • Cover and let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes-- For best results marinate overnight.

To start cooking:
  • In a pan add 1tbs sesame seed oil
  • Over medium-high heat, add the broccoli mix
  • Once the mix starts to soften, add the snow peas
  • Mix in about 1/2 cup of sauce
  • let simmer and reduce heat to medium-low

***I prefer to use one pan as I think the flavor is more uniform, however, you may used a separate pan for your meat if you so wish.

If you use the same pan, once the sauce is simmering, over medium heat, add your steak.
Remember the steak will cook very quickly, and continue to cook a little bit once you remove it from the heat, so PAY ATTENTION!

  • I created some space in my pan for the steak, and purposely removed half of my veggies and placed into a tupperware container to let cool for my lunch the next day.
  • Add the sauce generously *you can always increase the heat (before or after you cook the steak) and reduce the sauce for thickness.
  • Serve and enjoy!
