This is definitely one of the easier recipes I've posted on here.
- Simply cut a bagel in half
- Take out the "insides" (Honestly one bagel is equivalent to FOUR slices of bread, one slice is one serving... So, you're reducing your four slices to two slices by doing this)
- Toast the bagel
- Separately, cook your fried eggs (I prefer over-easy)
- once flipped, put a few thinly sliced pieces of cheese on top and let melt
- compile and serve.
