I spent about a hour and a half dipping each mini Swedish fish by hand and placing them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. When I had about a pound or so, I stopped making them. I figured my boyfriend would be satisfied as this was only part of his Christmas present.
Place on lined baking sheet and put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and you're good to go!!!
I used Bakers dipping chocolate, the kind you microwave. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. 30 second increments with stirring in between. Every microwave is different, mine required a total of two minutes before the chocolate was completely melted.
I've used this chocolate for years and have always been successful regardless of what I was using the chocolate for (strawberries, mixed nuts, etc.).
