Grass-fed steak tips, marinated for a few days. Cast iron pan works best for these!!! I put my asparagus in a non-stick pan with some water and fresh lemon juice and covered on medium heat for about 8 minutes.
Anyone who says there is no difference between grass-fed and grain fed beef is an idiot. If someone cannot tell the difference (I'll get to that after my rant), they are not to be trusted as a person from whom you receive food advice.
As for the difference between grass-fed and grain-fed beef; The grass-fed beef is much more tender whether you like it rare or well done. Grain-fed beef is a lot chewier and doesn't hold flavor as well. Imagine the difference between the air quality in the middle of Montana compared to the air quality in the middle of Tokyo... and that is the same difference between the quality of grass-fed and grain-fed beef.
