This dish was wicked easy to make, though pulling chicken by hand takes a while and can be hot! Explained simply, I lightly boiled boneless chicken breast, pulled with a fork and my fingers, tossed in a non-stick pan with some bbq sauce and let the sauce get a little thicker and begin to congeal. Lightly toasted my buns in the oven while baking my sweet potato fries on a pan.
