Dinner for me and my aunt. Caprese salad, bourbon steak tips, broiled asparagus with oven-roasted garlic, topped with parmesan cheese. Simple, healthy and wicked filling!!

Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies Stuffed With NUTELLA

This is based on the recipe you find on the back of the Tollhouse chocolate chips package. I have been using this recipe for 25+ years and have found that you do not need two full sticks of butter, and you MUST NOT melt the butter-- it needs to be gooey, but not liquid. 2 1/4 c flour 1tsp baking soda Mix and set aside 2/3 c brown sugar 2/3 cup regular sugar 1stick+ 5 tbs butter softened, but not melted* should be easy to mix with a fork or your hands!!! 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs Mix well!!! Until creamed Mix in flour and baking soda Mix in chocolate chips-- I suggest mixing with your hands ****Here is where you get the Nutella-filled cookies: Flatten your cookie ball and put a glob of Nutella in.
